TecServ partners with our customers and various datacenter locations as well as maintains its own co-location space.  The team provides onsite service and support options available to data center customers. The skills offered are Remote Hands and Network Engineering services.

Network Engineering

• Citrix installation and maintenance
• Microsoft installation and maintenance
• Cisco installation and maintenance
• Firewall configuration
• Routing and switching

Base pricing includes Monday through Friday, on work completed between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Arizona time. During these hours there is an SLA of 2 hours for Remote Hands services.
